Read Me Manga (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a mobile application (“app”) that utilizes artificial
intelligence to read users Manga comics and create additional story lines for those comics. Read
Me Manga is owned and offered by Trilogy, LLC. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how
Read Me Manga collects and uses your personal information when you use our app or otherwise
interact with us.

This Privacy Notice applies to personal information we collect from and about individuals who
use our app.
Throughout this policy, we use the term “personal information.” Personal information is
information that identifies or relates to you or can reasonably be associated to or linked with you,
your device, or your household. Personal information includes information such as your name,
phone number, mailing address, email address, general location, unique device identifiers, user
profile, and other commercial information, such as your purchase history or comic upload
history. Personal information may also include information which helps us understand your
preferences so that we may offer you products and services that may interest you. Personal
information does not include information that is not reasonably linkable to an individual, or
information that has been de-identified or aggregated.
Collection of Information
We collect personal information when you provide it to us directly by signing up for and
utilizing the app, automatically when you use the app, and from third parties and publicly
available sources.
Information You Provide to Us Directly

We collect personal information directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you
sign up for the application, create an account, or make purchases within the application. This
information includes information such as your first and last name, email address, payment and
purchase history, and information stored on your phone that you provide us with access to (such
as, the comics stored on your phone that you upload into Read Me Manga).
Information We Collect Automatically
Each time you use our app, we may use cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, pixel tags, and similar
technologies to collect information from you automatically. These automatic data collection
technologies may be used in our app, and in our email campaigns and any online advertisements
we deploy. The information we may collect from you automatically may include your browser
type, device and operating system, IP address, software version, general geographic information,
and the pages or features you utilize and visit within our app.
Information We Collect from Third Parties and Other Sources
When you sign up for and use the app, you may have the option to create an account using your
Google account, Apple ID or account, or your social media account login information. When you
select this option to create an account, we collect information from Google or the social media
provider you select discloses to create your account on our app.
Types of Personal Information we Collect
We may collect any or all the following types of personal information from or about you:
- Identifiers, such as your first and last name, email address, and billing address
- User account information, such as your Google account information or Apple ID
- Personal characteristics such as your age or date of birth
- Information stored on your phone that you designate that you would like to upload into
the app, such as Manga comics
- Purchasing history, app usage history, and other similar commercial information
- Device information, such as your IP address, software version, and other unique device
information
- Billing information, such as your billing address and the date you paid us, so that we can
keep a record of your payments to us. All payments and payment-related information
(i.e., credit card information) is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do
not directly collect credit card or financial information from you
- Any other information you choose to provide to us
- Any other information you consent to provide to us at the time we collect it
Use of Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including to
provide you with services. We also use the information we collect to:
- Provide you with the app and the services or products you request from us

- Respond to your inquiries and requests, and to communicate with you
- Market to you, including to provide you with customized website content, targeted offers,
and advertisements that we believe may be of interest to you based on information we
have collected about you, or information we have collected from other sources
- Understand how you use our app
- Contact you regarding updates to our app and our product offerings, and to provide you

- Review the usage and operations of our app, improve our app and the contents of our app,
products, and services
- Provide technical and customer support
- Protect, detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions or illegal activities in
connection with our website, product, and service offerings, including to maintain the
security or integrity of our websites and our business
- Comply with our legal obligations, including where we receive a subpoena through the
legal or judicial process

- Fulfill any other purpose you consent to at the time your information is collected
Use of Artificial Intelligence
Please be aware that our app uses Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) to bring your Manga comics to
life. Because our app and solution is AI-powered, the information we collect from you us
processed using AI, including AI solutions provided by third parties, such as ChatGPT. AI
providers may use your information that we disclose or provide to the AI tool provider to
improve their AI model to make their AI processing more accurate and efficient. This is to say,
the information provided to AI tools is used in the future by the AI tool to improve the AI tool
and to make the AI smarter. If you are not comfortable with your information being processed
using AI, please do not use our app.
Information Disclosure
We may disclose information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy
Notice:
- With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such
information to carry out work on our behalf
- With Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) solutions, including ChatGPT
- With our payment processor, Stripe
- With our affiliates and parent company, Trilogy LLC
- With the Android or Apple App Stores
- In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is advisable or required,
including to comply with any law, legal process, or a request by public authorities or
third parties

- Aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with vendors, consultants and other
service providers for industry analysis and to measure outcomes
- In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets,
financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company
- For any other purpose with your consent
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to
identify you including for research and analytics purposes.
We do not rent or sell, as the term is traditionally understood and defined, your personal
information.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications you receive from us at any time by using
the link located in the bottom of the email. Please note that if you unsubscribe, we may still send
you legally required notices, or information that is necessary to fulfill your order or your request
to us.
Data Retention
We store the information we collect about you for as long as it is necessary for us to retain the
information for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain
information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
Information Security
Read Me Manga makes protecting your information a priority and we take precautions to secure
your information. When you submit or when we collect information through the app, we use
reasonable measures to protect your information both online and offline. We employ reasonable
physical, technical, and administrative security measures to safeguard your information and to
help prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of personal information, including encryption
and other measures. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are
granted access to personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or
method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially
reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Transfer of Information to the United States
Read Me Manga is offered by Trilogy, LLC, which is based in the United States. As such, your
personal information is processed in the United States and may be stored on servers in the United
States, and throughout the world. If you are not a resident of the United States, your information
will be processed in the United States, which means we will transfer your information to, or store
or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your
home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal information receives an
adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
Changes to this Notice

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you
by revising the date at the top of the statement and, in some cases, including if we make material
changes, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our
homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Notice
whenever you interact with us to stay informed about our data privacy and protection practices
and the choices you may have regarding your personal information.
